Frequently asked questions
- How does Renvido know my brand's voice?
- In settings you fill in your brand profile: character description, tone, hashtags, website and social media, logo and colors. Every generation uses this profile — captions and graphics stay consistent with your communication.
- Do I need design skills?
- No. You upload an ordinary product photo and pick a few options from a list. The rest — composition, lighting, format and text — is handled by Renvido.
- Who owns the generated content?
- You do. You can use it across your sales and communication channels without limits — see the terms for details.
- How do credits work?
- A credit is the unit we bill every generation in. At the default quality (1K) one photo is one credit, so 30 credits means 30 photos. Higher qualities cost more: 1K = 1, 2K = 2, 4K = 4. A subscription refills your credits each billing period, and when you need more you can buy a pack valid for 12 months — with or without a subscription. You get 5 generations free to start.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — cancel your subscription with one click in the dashboard. It runs until the end of the paid period, and purchased credits stay available for 12 months from purchase.
- What resolution are the photos? Can I get 4K?
- For every generation you pick a quality: Standard, High or Maximum. Maximum gives the highest resolution — up to 4K — ideal for print, large formats and store hero images. Higher quality uses more of your plan.
- Can I try Renvido without creating an account?
- Yes. On the home page you pick your industry (fashion, ceramics, cosmetics, jewellery, food, home, woodwork) and instantly see a before→after example. You can also upload your own product photo and generate a live preview — no account, no card. The preview is lower-resolution with a watermark; you unlock the clean, up-to-4K file by signing up.
- Can I import my brand from my website?
- Yes. In the “Connect your brand” step you enter your store or website address, and Renvido pulls in your logo, colors, brand description and product photos. You review and edit everything before saving, and the photos land in your Library. Import works with websites and stores (including Shopify and WooCommerce).
- Are Renvido images marked as AI (EU AI Act)?
- Yes. Every generated image carries an invisible, machine-readable “AI-generated” marker in its metadata (the IPTC DigitalSourceType standard), in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act — with no visible watermark and no quality loss. - Can I publish posts straight to Instagram and Facebook?
- Yes. Connect your Meta account once in Settings, then publish a finished post to your own Instagram and Facebook with one click — straight from the app, no downloading or re-pasting. If you manage several Pages, you choose which one to publish to.
- Can Renvido prepare my whole listing for Vinted or Etsy?
- Yes. In the Listings tab, one product photo becomes a complete set: photos fitted to the marketplace's requirements (including a pure-white packshot where required), a title within the character limit, a description and tags — for Vinted, Allegro, Etsy, eBay and Amazon. You download the materials and list the item yourself, as usual.
- Does Renvido learn my style?
- Yes — across the whole app. Every edit you make to a generated text (a caption, a listing description or a title) teaches Renvido how your brand writes. The style is remembered separately for social captions, listing descriptions and listing titles for each marketplace. The longer you use Renvido, the less you edit.
