Renvido Terms of Service

This English text is a convenience translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish-language version is legally binding.

§1. General provisions

  1. These terms of service (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Renvido web application (the “Service”), which uses artificial intelligence to create marketing content — in particular product photos and captions for publication on social media.
  2. The Service is operated by LNBC Consulting sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Polna 35, 97-200 Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Polska, VAT ID 118-229-28-93, company register no. 0001133635 (the “Provider”). Contact: contact@renvido.com.
  3. Using the Service requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Acceptance takes place when creating an account.
  4. Terms version: 1.1.

§2. User account

  1. The Service is available to adults with full legal capacity — both businesses and consumers.
  2. Creating an account requires an email address or Google sign-in. The user must keep their login credentials confidential and not share the account with third parties.
  3. A new account receives a pool of free starter credits, allowing the Service to be tried out without payment.

§3. Scope of the service and credits

  1. The Service allows, among other things: analysis of uploaded product photos, generation of styled photos (e.g. a model wearing an outfit), composition of ready-to-publish graphics, and generation of post captions.
  2. Each generation reduces the user's credit balance. The current credit cost of each action is shown in the Service. Re-generating the caption alone does not consume credits.
  3. Subscription credits renew each billing period and do not carry over; in the annual plan the 12-month pool is granted up front and is valid until the end of the paid year. Credits from additional packs and free starter credits are valid for 12 months — from the date of purchase or grant respectively — and remain available within that period even after a subscription ends.
  4. The Provider reserves the right to change the scope of the Service's features, including adding and withdrawing experimental features.

§4. Payments and subscriptions

  1. Payments are handled by an external processor — Stripe. The Provider does not store payment card data.
  2. The Service offers paid subscription plans (monthly or annual) and one-time credit packs — available both to active subscribers (at a price depending on the plan) and without a subscription. Current prices are shown in the Service before purchase.
  3. A subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing period until cancelled. Cancellation is possible at any time in the subscription management portal — it takes effect at the end of the paid period, and services remain available until then.
  4. Price changes do not affect an already paid period. The user will be notified of a change to the price of a renewing subscription in advance, allowing them to cancel.

§5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

  1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
  2. The generation service is digital content supplied immediately. By starting a generation before the withdrawal period ends, the user requests immediate performance of the service and acknowledges that to the extent of the credits used they lose the right of withdrawal.
  3. Withdrawal regarding the unused part of a subscription and payment complaints should be sent to contact@renvido.com.

§6. User content

  1. The user uploads materials to the Service (e.g. product photos, logos, graphic templates) only when they hold the rights to use them. The user bears full responsibility for uploaded content.
  2. If the materials contain the likeness of people (in particular children), the user declares that they hold the legally required consents to use that likeness.
  3. The user grants the Provider a non-exclusive licence to process the uploaded materials solely to the extent necessary to provide the service (including passing them to the AI model providers listed in the Privacy Policy).

§7. AI-generated content

  1. Generation results are produced using artificial intelligence models. They may contain errors, inaccuracies, or elements that deviate from the uploaded materials. The user should verify every piece of content before publishing it.
  2. To the extent they belong to the Provider, the rights to the generated content pass to the user upon generation. The Provider does not guarantee the uniqueness of the results or that they can be protected by copyright.
  3. Content generated from the same materials may differ — this is a natural feature of generative models, not a defect of the service.

§8. Acceptable use

  1. It is prohibited to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing on the rights of third parties, discriminatory, or inappropriate involving the likeness of children.
  2. Actions that disrupt the operation of the Service are prohibited, including attempts to circumvent credit limits, automated mass use, or reverse engineering.
  3. A breach of these rules may result in the account being blocked or deleted. Funds for unused services are then non-refundable to the extent the breach caused damage to the Provider, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

§9. Availability and liability

  1. The Provider makes efforts to keep the Service running continuously but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions (maintenance, failures of external providers, including AI model providers).
  2. Towards businesses, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user in the last 12 months; liability for lost profits is excluded. These limitations do not apply to consumers to the extent that the law provides otherwise.

§10. Complaints

  1. Complaints can be submitted to contact@renvido.com. The Provider responds within 14 days.
  2. A consumer may use out-of-court complaint resolution methods, including the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

§11. Term and account deletion

  1. The account agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. The user may request deletion of the account at any time by writing to contact@renvido.com.
  2. Deleting the account means losing access to the generation history and any unused credits (subject to consumer rights regarding paid, unused services).

§12. Changes to the Terms and final provisions

  1. The Provider may change the Terms for important reasons (changes in law, Service features, or billing rules). Users will be notified of changes in the Service or by email at least 14 days in advance. Non-acceptance of changes entitles the user to terminate the agreement before they take effect.
  2. The governing law is Polish law. Matters not regulated herein are subject to generally applicable provisions, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
